2020 was the first year we held a Raingutter Regatta. It was well into the COVID pandemic and we were looking for new and innovative activities that would be safe for the scouts to participate in. We selected the Raingutter Regatta as it allowed the scouts to make boats at home, drop them off at a central location where we then photographed and raced them. It was a great success and we saw a TON of creativity in how the scouts created their boats.
We look forward to many more years of Raingutter Regattas, and they'll be even better now that we can have them in person!

We were SO PROUD of the 34 scout boats (and 10 adult boats) that were submitted. The paint jobs were incredible, and it felt like we were racing pieces of art. You all did your best!

The race was run as a double-elimination race, so each boat has at least two racing chances. More information on the Racing Brackets page.
