Dear Pack 345 Members,

We will be having it at Pine Lake that is at the West End of Stern Grove.

All family members are invited, younger and/or older siblings, both mom and dad...or grandparents.

Please have your scouts come dressed in costumes.

Please bring a Pumpkin to carve as well as materials to carve with: spoons, knives.... The Pack will supply the garbage bags.

Time: 5:30pm until 8:00pm or 9:00pm

(we are allowed in the space until 10:00pm, we will see how cold it gets!)

This will be a potluck so each Den will be asked to bring something to share.

Just estimate your food item should be for 10 or more people.

Cut Fruit or Cut Vegetable platter

Wolves: the boys with the Yellow hats

Prepared salad -- potato, pasta, green, coleslaw. etc....no fruit salad

Bears & both Webelos I/II dens: the boys with Blue hats or Plaid hats

Main dishes:

There is a BBQ area, we can cook hot dogs.

If someone can bring buns, hot dogs and condiments.

Other dishes are also welcome...think outdoor picnic.

I would like to have ALL Pack 345 members to email me at:

clairejaniak@gmail.com

To tell me if you are able to attend, how many people are coming and what you will be bringing.

The Pack will supply s'mores supplies for the bonfire, drinks and all paper supplies.

We would like to have ALL new Scouts learn their Bobcat requirement for this weekend's activity, we have a special ceremony planned.

If you cannot attend please have your new scout learn their Bobcat requirement by the next meeting date which is : November 2nd at 7:15pm.

To advance with the other scouts that have their Bobcat finished, we must have all new scouts learn their Bobcat requirement.

There will not be a meeting this Friday Night due to our activity on Saturday.
