Pack History

Cub Scout Pack 345 was founded in 1984 by the West of Twin Peaks Lions Club and was sponsored by that Lion’s Club until 1993 when the club was disbanded. Elks Lodge #3 began sponsoring Pack 345 and we enjoyed this partnership for the next 29 years. Today, we are chartered by the Forest Hill Association, along with Troop 88. We thank the Forest Hill Assocation for their kind support of scouting in San Francisco!

The Pack's volunteer leaders are committed to providing girls and boys, in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with educational experiences and instilling values of good citizenship, moral character and physical fitness and environmental awareness.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people

to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes

by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
