Recruiting Flyer

Interested in helping us to recruit new scouts to the Pack? Download our recruiting flyer here and enter either your name and email address as the contact, or put our Pack's information (Pack 345, pack345sf@gmail.com) in the contact information box. You can then email the flyer or post it on social media, or distribute it via your school's network.

Medical Forms

BSA Medical Form Parts A & B -- We are required to gather some basic medical information for each scout before they participate in Pack events. You can read more about why we need this information and access the actual forms here:

Camp Packing List -- A list of items to bring on your next campout.

Reimbursement Request -- Submit reimbursements for pack expenditures.

Certain events may require additional forms. These will be provided ahead of the event by the Den or Pack leaders who are organizing the event.
